Every number here is read from the chain and every button sends a transaction that is mined; results are taken from the receipt and from balances before and after, never from what was asked for.

Complete the move into the pool
Trading is shut until this is sent. Anyone can send it.
Completing the move would revert. If the issuer has blocked the fee escrow, rescuing the curve's fees pays them straight to their recipients, and the move can then complete. Its creator-fee recipient and the platform's recipient may rescue them now. Anyone else: the first press notes the launch as stuck, and the rescue opens to you an hour later if the move has still not completed.
